Dont Expect A Refund
I purchased an item from this store which was very poor quality and returned it under my statutory rights but the refund has not been forthcoming and they just ignore emails. Would never buy from them again or recommend them.

Batteries supplied in November were not compatible - refused to accept a return and insisted on repair - now February 2013 (almost) - still no sign of a working battery. They try to waste time over every issue raised with them and come up with implausible excuses.

Terrible!
Purchased an HTC TC-B250 CHARGER from them but sent minus a micro USB-USB lead. Can't see me charging my phone without the lead. Poorly packaged and feel I might have some bother with this cowboy outfit. Probably some gangsta type running a business from his bedroom-innit. I'll be contacting Google Pay for a refumd.

This was bought as a present for my son's birthday. When he opened it, the item was cracked and unusable. We requested a return through the digibaba website - received autmoated email saying our request had been rejected, no reasons given. Phoned 2 numbers & emailed - no response. Finally got hold of someone - refused to listen to why we were slightly over the 7 day return policy - this policy is NOT given on the packing invoice - there are no instructions whatsoever for returns. Sent faulty goods and would not replace or refund given that it was broken and had not been opened immediately due to birthday. Appalling customer service, would never buy from them again.
