I ordered my shiny new samsung laptop from www.complexonline.co.uk at 445pm yesterday and was awaken by a knock on the door at 730am thismorning, in short i received my new computer less than 24 hrs after purchasing. The item was very well packaged and the service and delivery times fromn this website are brilliant, i will definately be using this company again.

The price quoted via Google Shopping does not include VAT or Delivery. So you end up paying another £40+ on top of what is quoted. They need to ensure that customers are not misled by the way Google shows their prices. This product is available cheaper at other retailers. Do not get fooled into buying this here.

Started off badly when I realised their prices didn't include VAT, however despite this a few items were cheaper than my usual supplier so I decided to try them out.

What a mistake that turned out to be! Most of it was insufficiently packaged to such an extent that both Hard drives were DOA, and I had to pay shipping to return them for replacement.

The monitor I ordered which was reported in stock was 'lost in the post' and they were currently out of stock - it took 3 weeks to finally arrive, and when it did it looked like it had been kicked around the warehouse. The panel was multiply cracked so completely unusable.

I refused to pay shipping to have this sent back so they arranged a courier, who took nearly 3 weeks to arrive despite me chasing daily. A month has now passed since it was finally collected, and I've just been informed that my refund should be in my account this week.

In short, avoid these guys like the plague - use eBuyer instead.

I purchased the above laptop at 3:55pm on thursday and it was delivered at 9:10am the following morning, absolutely superb service.

It was also the cheapest price i could find it online.

First time ive shopped here, but will be using again.
