I order an external drive disc Western Digital on march 2012 which never arrived!! I sent e mails, phone calls... no answer. That kind of thief should be put in jail. I ve been stolen of 110 €. DON'T BUY !!!!!

I have ordered à hard disk multimedia.an email informs me that this material could'nt be delivered.I don't arrive to obtain a refund or a risponse to my mails

Ordered a Synology camera licence on 1st April, web site showed stock - still not arrived (24 April). Have called these bozos 4 times and emailed twice, got one email reply saying they would look into it, phone calls are answered by receptionist who promises a return call, which of course does not happen.

Do not use they will steal your money!!

Order online. They said order processed. After waited many days no deliver. Contact them via e-mail were told they will contact warehouse and get back. Again days later no news.

Call them on the phone no one answer.

After just read some bad review it has confirm this company is not trustworthty, I advise people out there to avoid this outfit that bring bad name to Guernsey.

Website was straightforward and easy, had a decent selection to choose from, pricing was good and when arrived items were quality. I would happily recommend this website to fellow purchasers of computer equipment. I alos spotted on there (BUT NOT PURCHASED YET) a huge range of headphones, going to have a browse and see which ones I like. Thanks.

Decent pricing for decent products. Massive range and some wierd and wonderful stuff on here. I found some pretty quirky stuff for presents on here. I didnt need the customer services so cant comment. 4 star because delivery wasnt quick but it was on time so cant really complain to much.

I was just on here reviewing my severin crepe maker, which I love (please see my review) and thought I would reveie the comany who provided me with it. Although it has been 6 months since I dealt with them! There werent many choices of where to buy this I think it is mainly sold in other parts of Europe, they were a good price. Really happy with quality of product.

Great price on an end of life printer. Was pretty difficult to find one in stock, but I loved my last one so much was desperate to replace. Delivery was ok, came in good condition took about a week.

I order a portable DVD player for my daughter with her birthday money, 6 weeks in advance of our family holiday.

They took the money from my account immediately, but after a week, nothing had arrived.

I called them to find out what the status was, and after being on hold for 5:44 seconds (at 10p per minute), I was told that I was just through to reception and that they would e-mail the customer services department.

I e-mailed them myself, several times, and phoned several times as well, but to date, nobody has called me back and we have basically been robbed.

To date I have e-mailed them 4 times, and called them 5 times.

When you call them, they put you on hold and you are told at 2:42 in to the call that you are at #1 in the cue. After 4:42, you are told you are #1 in the cue and that they are putting you through. After 5:42 you are put through to reception, who effectively e-mails someone and won't give you any information.

They are now showing that the product I have ordered is not in stock.

This has happened every time I have called. All I want is my daughters money back in time to buy her a new one else where for our holiday.

I am in the process of contacting actionfraud.org; Crimestoppers; Cybersource and the Met Police.

I implore you, do not use this company, or you will be ripped off like my 2 year old daughter has.
