I bought a Cubot X6 phone from Comebuy in August, but I discovered that it did not work well. I contacted the italian call center and Mrs. Loredana suggested me to send it back for repair in their service center in Germany, warning me that I would have to pay 9 euros for the cost to ship it back. At my request to know the time to get it back, she replied that it would have took at least 20 days, a month. So I sent it, it was early September, and I paid the 9 Euros required. After a month, I started to ask for info, but every time they asked me to wait a few weeks more. Unfortunately, more than five months have gone, and I am still waiting for my phone... this certain Loredana, contactable via help desk site, still teases me saying that the phone is under repair and she asks me to wait a few weeks .. . not only they have kept my phone, but they also cheated me 9 Euros! AVOID THIS SHOP!!

The prices may be good but if you try to get a refund, even if they have miss sold an item to you due to their incorrect advertising, beware. They will also make you send the item back tracked which will cost you even more money to return. Shop with great care!

There's not much to say: I simply ordered a phone, paid a very reasonable price and I got it in under a week. No problems, everything as smooth as it can get.

I ordered the Blackview Crown and am pleased to say that it arrived with no problems at all. The phone looks great and as part of the offer I received a 16gb micro sd and a phone case too.

The phone itself looks stunning and the screen is clear. Android 4.4.2 kitkat installed so all up to date too!

Would definately consider ordering from them again (but it would always be an item shipped from germany) Thanks COMEBUY.COM :)

Everything about the UMI was nice. I bought it for my son on Comebuy.
