They sold me the CLEAR 4G Mobile USB for $20 a week ago, it won't do what I need (connect multiple computers), now they want me to pay $74.99 for the voyager, even though they advertise it at $49.99, because "That is only available to new customers."

They expect me to pay to ship it back, then after they get it, I have to wait for 2-3 weeks before I can get the new device, the whole time I am paying for internet I can't use.

The speed is only 200kps on a good day, they deceive their customers, and have terrible service. Go somewhere else.

Getting CLEAR setup in my home was a complete breeze. The sales agents we're polite and professional. They were interested in getting my needs fulfilled, instead of simply reading from a pre-determined sales pitch.

We've been happy with both the equipment and the service. Clear is SO reasonably priced that any glitches in the Internet service are trumped by the cost (or lack thereof).

Clear's packages are very well priced, however, the service can be fuzzy at times. We advise that you go with clear if your budget is tight, but aren't picky about having the best or most high speed service
