Just received my order today Wednesday 19april very efficient in shiping my order and very fast delivery exactly what I ordered and arrived in perfect condition I would highly recommend this store to all online shopper's and I will be shopping with this store again in the near future

I have now placed 2 orders with Cable Monkey and from the initial account setup to the delivery of the second order everything has gone very smoothly. Products are as described and prices are very good, delivery has also been on the days they have advised.

Cable Monkey's on-line ordering and speedy delivery make them a perfect choice if you require cable in a hurry. My experience of them was excellent. Highly recommended.

After placing an order, the phone rang, it was an extremely helpful lady advising me that some of the goods I had ordered weren't compatible. She really went out of her way to help and along with a member of tech support prevented me from spending over £120 on goods that weren't going to work, helping me choose suitable cable and connectors for an outdoor run, refunding the difference immediately.

Many places would have just delivered it and taken the money, and may not have refunded as it was my error in the first place.

The goods arrived promptly on time today.

Really really impressed, will definitely use again for all my cable requirements... and thanks again to the advisor :)

Items ordered were fine, however the delivery process and charging were not. Thought I had clicked next day only to be charged for next day before 10.30am at £25+VAT on a £100 order! On top of that the cut-off time was not clearly shown, so although goods were ordered on a Thursday evening they did not arrive until Monday morning despite the charge! I emailed with CableMonkey on the Friday morning but got no joy at all and they just hid behind T&Cs which is not very customer oriented. Therefore I do not recommend them.

Needed an urgent before 10:30 next day and was not dissapointed.

I've used Cable Monkey for a few years now and have found them to be consistently excellent to deal with, delivering quality products for my home network. Prices aren't the cheapest out there, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for !

I had a couple of questions regarding the type of cable required for my installation. I left a message and a friendly engineer called back in half an hour and gave me the assitance required. The cables required were in stock, which I ordered straight away and they were delivered before noon next day. Great service and the price was good too!

Made my order one day for next day delivery. Cablemonkey kept in contact by text and the delivery was there the next day prompt. I even received a text to ask if it had been delivered.
