We ordered a computer that was not what we were expecting and bftc.com did not rest until we had exactly the specification we wanted, bearing some costs themselves as they had to order parts. I would also add that they are extremely knowledgeable technicians, sourcing and building in the specs we asked for and helped us set up once our computer had arrived. The delivery service was next day and after being a bit nervous of using an unknown company from the internet, had a totally good experience, better than a lot of well known brands. Can only think the bad reviews are random one-offs, since people are more likely to complain than praise. Recommended.

Needing a laptop I contacted Byfarthecheapest in the autumn of 2013. They advised me to purchase the Dell which was delivered as agreed. Last week the laptop failed to switch on. Following contacting Byfarthecheapest specialist technicians came to my home and replaced a faulty motherboard. Fast efficient service and I am a very satisfied customer.

We recently purchase a Dell XPS 2720 all-in-one computer. The purchasing process was simple. They soon contacted us by telephone and ran through the order with us. We needed to make a couple of adjustments, but all was sorted pretty quickly. The goods were delivered by UPS a couple of days later. The guy on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining things and helping us to get setup.

I would definately use Byfarthecheapest again without hesitation and I would highly recommend them too. And they are by far the cheapest!

Byfartheworst.com might be a better name. I have been waiting for 9 months for my refund, they refuse to respond to my emails and call go continuously unanswered. I have sent letters in the mail and emails monthly. All ignored. What a shoddy excuse for a company. Products are not genuine as claimed (according to Mitsubishi who i contacted after this tatty box arrived from china and the product didn't look pristine) The items themselves were both faulty and after asking for a refund and being told NO, and having to pay the shipping to return the item to be exchanged, i still have no product and I'm 336 pounds down. Sales is very helpful, until they have your money. Then as helpful and a chocolate fire guard. I will never recommend this company and would suggest anyone with even the smallest query or doubt in there head, leave and go somewhere else.

the initial order was great, as expected, but even though it was a refurb, they went out of their way to help out when a worn part gave way.

I am in the process of purchasing a New Dell Touchscreen monitor from byfarthecheapest and was pleasantly surprised to talk to an ACTUAL HUMAN BEING when I rang seeking the monitor I wanted.

Its good when a company has paid attention to their customers in this way - I am so used to finding a computer on the end of the phone and going around in circles in the search for information.

Chris, the gentleman who dealt with my order was courteous, knowledgable about the product and remembered me when I rang back on a connected matter, its small details like this that make the buying experience better for customers.

My monitor is a new item and Will take some time to import but knowing other firms lead times on the same item I am confident I would not get it any quicker anywhere else and byfarthecheapes were honest about the waiting time and that is far better than being told I`d get it next week and then wondering where it was.

To put icing on the cake the price I secured my monitor for was competitive, being cheaper by at least £40 on other suppliers.- I will be buying here again.
