After contacting a number of resellers to help me out with a document imaging requirement for our office, I contacted canon who passed me BMI Solutions details, they really took the time to understand my requirements and even provided me with a document scanner & management software to deal with my scans after they had gone into server, so we could retrieve them at a later date, Something we had not thought about. we were just planning on leaving them on the server.
