Not only they sent me the wrong battery but hey don't reply to emails or pick up the phone! I doubt it that they will ever reply to issue a refund. Don't make the mistake to buy anything from that company even if it is worth one pound!

Ordered a phone case they sent wrong one. They won't respond to emails only by insulting remarks.
Although this type of moronic company usually don't last long they pop up elsewhere with a different name but in the meantime DO NOT BUY A THING There are much better and more honest Chinese companies trading who do care about their customers and their reputation

If I Could Have Given It Zero I Would
I ordered a battery from them. It took ages for it to arrive, and when it finally did arrive it was not even slightly close the correct one. When I contacted them about it they have been unbelievably unhelpful.
Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Rude, abrasive and absolutely no apology.

I ordered a battery for my ophthalmoscope giving the correct part number. The battery sent did not fit the instrument and to date I still do not have a refund. I have even been asked if I have tried the battery in the instrument. REALLY? Absolutely nothing good to say about this company.

They have the worst customer service ever. Do now order with them under any costs. They literally emailed me saying they don't care what I think and are so rude and aggressive.

Item that arrived was just the blade - and all metal.
When I demanded a refund, including postage, I was told I'd have to send it to China. Even though, again, their site states UK returns.

In Stock Means Nothing
Despite saying it's in stock, delivery is around 3 weeks, this wasn't clear at all during the order process so if you don't want to wait that long, don't use this firm.
I've asked for a refund, no reply yet but they have despatched the item so it may not be easy. No idea where it's coming from to take 3 weeks to arrive.
