Don't Waste Your Time - No Stock - And Empty Promi
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - NO STOCK - and EMPTY PROMISES - A MONTH after ordering I still have nothing!!
Places an order for 6 LED Aurora lights a month ago on their website. I entered all my payment details which were accepted. I was given a new reason for delay every week and each time he promised they would come, however nothing ever did. A MONTH after ordering they have emailed me saying quote " we are no longer in the position to supply these fittings.". What a complete waste of a month, several emails and numerous calls to them, incidentally NONE of which they ever returned.

As clearly outlined in all email communication which we use when contacting customers regarding their orders, we clearly stated on several occasions in no uncertain terms that we were experiencing stock availability issues with this product.
As suppliers we are in exactly the same position as you the customers, if we fail to receive goods on expected delivery dates then unfortunately it is sometimes out of our control. But we always notified the customer of the current lead/waiting times frequently.
We clearly outlined that payment was NEVER taken out of the customers account and we would never take payment unless goods are sent out. If payment was taken then we would ask the customer to provide proof of this, which of course is not possible as payment was never debited!
We offered the customer the option to cancel the order and source the product elsewhere more quickly if needed on several occasions.
We never denied we were having problems sourcing the product, we always gave the customer truth about the difficulties and problems we were having!
A member of staff received a very abusive phone call toward the later end of the dispute and as a result, we as a company decided to no longer offer the supply of this fitting to this person as we do not tolerate members of our staff being subjected to abuse via the telephone in such a manner! So that is the truth why the fittings we not supplied in the end and the order cancelled.
We endeavour to provide the best level of customer service to all our customers and as proof of this is you will not find another bad review on the web about us by any other person. We are an honest family run business but unfortunately due the experience of one customer, who has taken his experience and blown it totally out of proportion and looks like he is set on causing us as business harm! It is a very hard time for all small business in the current economic climate, but to receive this type of vindictive bad review is totally unjustified, spiteful and unfair!
