Terrible customer service. I specifically placed the order over the phone so I knew exactly what product I was ordering, the lady acknowledged that the battery would indeed be a YUASA battery so I paid and waited.  When delivered the Battery was a totally different brand than discussed, agreed and subsequently purchased.

Upon raising the issue I was told that the lady who took the order would not talk to me and that all batteries are the same 'just branded different' which is not the case.

To get a refund, I now have to pay the postage for the battery to go back to them and they will refund the money, so its cost me postage, several phone calls and emails 5 days of messing around to still be in the position I was originally.

Thanks a lot Battery trader, I will be also complaining to trading standards regarding this.

Ordered drill batteries nearly 4 weeks on still not arrived they don't answer the phone and when I e-mailed to cancel they ignored my cancellation request and said would dispatch by today. Still not happened. Next step will be a complaint through Paypal to hopefully get my cash back. Avoid this company

I have been ordering replacement batteries for a Vienna Electric wheelchair for years from the internet no problem, when I searched this time this company came up, I ordered it but its the wrong one despite being the one they recommend, I have sent several emails about it which is the only method of communication available for issues, I have just spoken to a gentleman in new sales who was extremely rude, DO NO BOther with this company find another supplier

We have now used them twice with no problems, the speed of delivery is far better than some big names we have used in the past and the price is also impressive which is why we have given 5 stars to them

Ordered batteries that never turned up and promised refund that never got refunded. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned. No customer service.

We required a pair of batteries for my Mothers scooter, they were very helpful in explaining the correct ones that were needed and very patient allowing us to take out the ones in there already so we could match them and explained the charging procedure to maximise the life span of the new batteries, we had obviously been doing wrong for some time.

First time reviewer, I found the website quite easy to get around and find the battery I needed.

The price of the battery was less than half of what I had been quoted, and for a good brand as well.

I was impressed with the delivery, I was texted fifteen minutes before delivery by the courier company.

Ordered a set of batteries for my parents stairlift, they were very helpful on the phone and delivery was the next day.

I will certainly bookmark the website for when we next need a battery as the prices were very good (saved about £40)
