I purchased Omron's Tense Machine from Bargainpod, it worked for a few days, then its it didn't feel well to perform and sadly passed away. I emailed Raj, explaining the problem, he emailed back within a day, asking me to send it back (he sent me return shipping label to attach to the tense machine that I was returning & he organised his courier to collect it). Then, he sent me a brand new Omron & since April it works like a bull, non-stop; I'm a super heavy user (my whole family is involved in competitive sports). I'm super super super happy with Bargainpod and how the after-sale support was handled.

I will be buying form them again!

Had never heard of this company before, so took a bit of a gamble. Very pleased to report that the gamble paid off. Customer service was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. The item was packaged very well indeed and delivered exactly when it was supposed to. The item was also cheaper by far which is why I gambled but glad I did.
