My friend's Dell computer needed a power supply which I found on the AyaGroup.com site. The item was easily located and the price was just right. Check out was a breeze as I was able to use PayPal to purchase the item. The item was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. I installed the unit and my friend is very happy to have her computer working again. I should mention that I had previously purchased another Dell power supply from AyaGroup.com and received the same great service. I highly recommend the AyaGroup.com and would definitely purchase from them again. If you are looking for spare parts this is the place to look first.

This hot water pouch heats in 10-15 minutes with the electric cord attachment--depending on if you are heating it the first time or reheating while still warm--and fits perfectly into the soft orange waist belt. I take it to work and plug it in under my desk for use at the office, and also use it at home after work. My mom plugs hers in to heat in the bedroom at night, and uses it for a footwarmer under the covers. It stays really hot around an hour, and warm a few hours after that. Be aware, after it cools off your clothing will be damp with sweat under the waistbelt, and you'll have to plug it in again to heat it up and avoid catching cold.

Ordered a wall charger for my ipad. Item was delivered in about three days. Well packed and works as described. Would buy again.

Hard Drive adapter was purchased and delivered without any problems.

However, the Hard Drive adapter (Caddy as well as Wiring) did not fit or function as expected.

The two piece Caddy did not fit onto both Hard Drive mounts (the screw hole placements seemed to be misaligned).

The Adapter plug seemed to have an extra prong which I bent back in an attempt to make it fit/work. After many failed attempts to start-up my Hard Drive, the product was discarded.

Customer service technician was extremely knowledgable and helpful in assisting me in selecting the correct unit. Received shipment in good condition. Would order from Ayagroup again.

I ordered a computer case fan that was advertised as retail unit. Problems encountered: 1) The ordered appeared twice in their system (1st time I received an error), so I had to spend time to get this issue resolved. 2) The item was shipped late (three days later not right away as it was supposed to). 3) The unit received was not a retail, boxed unit, as advertised. It was lacking assembly parts, so I had to spend more time to obtain them. My e-mail complaint was ignored by the store. Consequently, I rate the overall experience with ayagroup.com as poor. I do not recommend shopping there, unless prepared to deal with similar issues.
