Just bought a pair of Grado SR325is's from these guys . I phoned them up to ask a few questions and they were really helpful. Also they had a great doc on their site that allowed me to compare all the Grado headphones in one place. Goods arrived on time and at a good price . Their site looks great too, but I was a bit confused about how to order , ( one the questions I asked when I phoned them ) - since then they have a created a tab - at my suggestion - called 'How to order' which makes things really clear. Would use again.
