this is a work in progress.. ordered a phone on 5/16 according to the web site it the order was to be process withing 3-5 business days. now on the 25th it is still processing .. have written to customer support twice and still no action.

I spent over $100 on electronics at aurabuy because they offered the cheapest and a one-stop deal for all the items I was seeking at the time. It was my biggest mistake for 2013. The products were flimsy, broken or just not working. I bought a phone because it looked like the iPhone and that itself isn't working, it was a used phone and had the previous owner's voice messages, text and recording still on the phone when i got it. It cannot even switch to sd card memory storage. Worse yet, it and all the other items came without a manual. To make matters worse, it took a month for the package to be delivered. Wow!

I ordered the incorrect table pc from aurabuy.com, while after contacting the customer service, they helped me solve this problem and couldn't be more apologetic and sent me the correct one at once.I am very glad to recommend this site to all of you.
