we ordered two devices for prospecting. They send them out, but only one arrived. The one that did arrive was an wrong one.

They 'suggested' to send it back, but we would have to pay for it our selfs. We also have to pay for customs again. Now really.

One of the guy's responsible for one of the devices said he never had such a bad experience with an company as this one.

For those who have received there devices, good for you. Hopefully you will not have an problem with it in the future.

In any case, we will not be doing business with these people again, nor we we be suggesting them to our customers. Au contraire.

I have decided to share my experience with this site,as most reviews I have found were positive.Believe me it is not! Please do not buy from those Chinese sellers inspite of how sweet they look.My story short.I have preordered

Ainol Novo 7 Flame Android tablet from androidinabox.com beginning of August and money has been taken from my PayPal account immediately.Couple of days later I have decided do not go ahead and informed seller about my decision via e-mail.Have received response that refund will be arranged within 3 working days.Sounds OK.After 3 days nothing happened,no refund,complete silence.Moreover the status of my order did not change,saying "Processing".I have sent another email. No response.Than I have opened case on Paypal.After that I have received a response that my item has been shipped and I will receive it within 3 days,therefore refund has not been issued.I am waiting for a week already... nothing.The funniest things is that on my customer page

stated the refund reference number and date when it was issued.Now I do not have item, I do not have a refund, which is almost $200 and no response from seller about his return address on my Paypal page.I have to warn anyone to think twice 'before buying from those sellers.They will answer all your questions,but only to the

moment they get your money.Better to pay a bit more a buy from Ebay,or from trusted seller.Imagine what happen if you will purchase successfully and then something will go wrong with your device.Try to return it and get refund.No way!

Do not trust this company to tell you the truth. Lied to me about product availability, shipping and delivery. Paypal refunded me thankfully.

I can't tell you how much these guys are dedicated to their customers. To the smallest thing like a question about a product, to one relating an order, they answers them all. They were VERY communicative with me. Also, it might be foolish to say that but : they speak English above the average of Chinese sellers. In other words, it's not some translated stuff from Google translate.

Prices are excellent and competitive, at least, for Chinese tablets since they're only selling that! (They're also selling some phones and other goodies, too!)

Packaging was excellent. In my case, i took the "extra packaging option" when ordering. That would be a rough 4$. But see, when i opened my package, i swear, that thing would have survived WWII. Therefore, no damage was done to the tablet itself.

As for the shipping, i took Hong kong post. It arrived in less than 5 business days here in canada!

All in all, i would definitively recommend this seller to anybody who needs a tablet. In fact, i already bought another one for my mother's birthday :).
