Simple they have had my money since 14th april 2015 promised goods, nothing, promised to get from different supplier, nothing, finally refund still nothing and wont even return my emails even though I know they have seen them. Stay clear

I used this site to purchase some accessories for my iphone.

The package received was shabby and the product inside it was damaged.

I had ordered a Backcover and headset.

I called them up and received a pathetic customer care who wasnt willing to understand myn point.

After speaking to a supervisor, i did get them to accept the problem but till date i havent heard back from them.

Its been 2 weeks and no response at all.

i am going to raise a dispute with my bank now.

Will never recommend no anybody i care for.

I purchased a Tamron lens having shopped around and found these were the cheapest. Unfortunately I did not research the company prior to doing so and therefore did not see poor reviews from other customers. The lens I purchased was in stock and said 10 days delivery. I allowed more than this before I chased it up, only to be told in a rather poorly written email, that it was now out of stock as the one they had was damaged. I then had to chase up what they were going to do, either refund it or order a new one. I was told that another stockist had the item which they were getting and the lens would be with me in the next seven days. It never arrived! I telephoned the company and was told they would chase it up and call me back. They never called back. This tIme when I made contact I requested a refund as it had now been a month since I ordered the lens and I actually needed it for a trip. I was told the refund would be with me in 48 hrs. I have now waited 5 days and still I've received no refund. Despite the prices of their lenses and other items, I would not use again due to poor customer service. The attitude of the customer having to do all the chasing is certainly not something I would expect from a company. I am pleased that others have had a better experience than me, but on the whole this does not change the fact that I would not use again or recommend to others.

Having placed an order on 29th december and waiting for the 10 working days to expire, I chased to be told that they had said 14 working days, which they had not. At the end of the 14th working day, I contacted All Gain (Fri 16th Jan)and was told "Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. You will get your goods in next week.'

I felt that this was wholly unacceptable, and asked for a fixed delivery date, to which I was told 'next Friday or Saturday (so 23rd or 24th). I therefore asked for my order to be cancelled and for an immediate refund, and was told that this would happen in 24/48 hours. having just checked my account (02.02.15) I still have not had a refund from them.

I ordered an item, in what I thought was ample time, I was wrong. I went for the 10-14days free delivery which meant that my item would arrive around now. I was very anxious about ordering from this company, as they are new, but we all have to start somewhere right. I was in constant contact via e-mail and over the phone, I always had a response, someone always picked up the phone. I was told on all of the occasions that my order had been shipped. I even had an email from them stating that I would receive the product for sure this week. Well today I was told that the supplier hadn't shipped my order!! I mean come on even though I had been reassured that it been shipped ! I am now at a stage, where they have said they will see if they can ship the lens direct to me. I have to wait to find out tomorrow. AllGainUK have left me in a right mess, if my order does not arrive in 5 days!

Item arrived in good condition.Spoke with customer service and got what I asked for.I have a different plug for the socket but it didnt really matter as I have other usb chargers for other phones that work.

Ordered Olympus camera online. Got it on time. Representative are very helpful and the website is easy to use.

Bought a Canon 5d mark 3 and a 24-70 lens to go with it.

took the slower delivery option and item was with me in 7 days.

Did give me free UV filter and screen protector which i was told will come seperately.

Will come back for more lenses.
