I can't believe this company has had such negative reviews!

i have been using this company for a while now, ordered a couple of A/V products and accessories, and the help i've recieved with selecting the right product for me and the delivery time/pricing has been A1

cannot fault this company one bit!

will carry on using these guys without hesitation!!

Never Ever Use This Company

You have to enter a minimum of 1 star in the overall ratings for your review to be submitted, but I dont even rate then as that, as like everyone else, the goods have never arrived, the telephone has never been answered, and the emails never replied to.

Do Not Purchase From This Company

The goods I purchased were not clearly identified as being ex-display stock. I returned the goods (two months ago) and still not had a refund. The company will not answer my emails or phone calls.

Barclaycard are now investigating them on my behalf.

I've just found out that this is the sister company of "just electricals" - read my review for just electricals on review centre- this company are to be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

DONT be fooled by the positive reviews - it is the company (run by one guy) writing his own reviews - you can tell by the grammar its the same guy writing different reviews.

terrible company, took money early october no problem but never delivered goods as they said was out of stock, promised refund but still not recieved. they dont answer phone or reply to emails. do not use this company

Beware Of This Company.

We ordered a cooker on the 27-07-2012, order was accepted and payment taken. We were given a delivery date for the following Thursday or Friday. Was told that we would be informed as to which day it would be by a phone call the preceding day with an approximate time.

Folling week, no call on Wednesday regarding delivery for Thursday, so took it we would get call on Thursday regarding Friday delivery, how wrong we were. A phone call to company asking about delivery resulted in us being told that they did not deliver to our area. This is after takind the order and giving a delivery date.

We were told that they would refund payment to the card that payment was taken from and it would take 7 days. Not so, refund still not paid to date 03-10-2012, Card company are now involved in trying to activate refund.

This is without a doubt the worst company that we have tried to deal with, so be warned.

I ordered a Panasonic product from this company on 18 July. Having placed my order I discovered, hidden away in 'Technical information', that the item was ex-display. I'm sure this is in contravention of the Trade Descriptions Act. I immediately cancelled the order by e-mail.

Despite sending several e-mails I have been completely ignored, and this company does not answer the telephone. They then attempted to deliver the goods despite my having cancelled, but I refused to accept them.

It has now been 30 days since I cancelled my order and they have not refunded the £269 they took. I have, therefore, spoken with my credit card company with a view to recovering my money.

I have also discovered that this company also trade as 'Just Electricals' and '3 Pins Direct'. This in itself should set alarm bells ringing.

Unless you are happy to be treated as I have been, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
