Found first audio and visual to be the best price around on the net with good customer reviews. Bought the item and it arrived in excellent condition from the couriers used.

My only two gripes are that just after purchase I used their live chat and wanted to ask that if my item wasn't delivered tomorrow (Friday) then might it be delivered over the weekend? The advisor politely introduced himself and asked what he could help me with. As soon as I had asked my question a message popped up saying he had left the chat.....(well it was almost 5pm, must have been home time. )

The other gripe was I emailed them the next day to asked the same question and was told it would be Mon' or Tues' next week and it came Sat' afternoon when I wasn't home. I just wonder where I would have stood if the contents were damaged and my neighbour signed as in good condition ??

I recently purchased a Samsung 55 inch LED HD TV, the purchase also included a wall mountin bracket and speedy delivery.

The online progress monitor and email updates were useful and the new TV arrived exactly when it was expected.

Ordering process was quick and easy; information about progress of order was useful; information about delivery was accurate; altogether a very satisfactory experience; the price was very competitive. And the television is as good as they and 'Which?' said it would be. I'll be using them again when next I need some audio/visual equipment

but one or two minor disconnects in communications - sender of parcel was another co name (hispek) and tracking notices seriously lagged actual activity. But the organisation is still transparent and certainly in my case the best basic price for a 40" Samsung series 8 TV

Great price, ordered Sunday and arrived the follow Friday.

I needed a new washing machine quickly, as my old one died (bless it, it was nearly 8 years old). looked on line to get the best deal and by luck came across 1staudiovisual, it did not sound like a place for washing machines. They had the modle I wanted in stock and could deliver it to me in 2 working days. I was kept updated by them by email / text, and the goods arrived as they promised. Hopefully I wont need more items soon, however if I do, I certainly will use them again.

I purchased a 55" 3d television, had viewed it at Selfridges in the Trafford Centre. Purchased it from 1staudiovisual as it was £300 cheaper, and they could deliver by the weekend. Spoke to Glenn who couldn't have been more helpful, he advised me on the best wall bracket to go for, and to me surprise it was not the most expensive!

Due to the honest advice given I decided to use them again and have purchased a 3D Blu Ray player.

Again 1staudiovisual were the cheapest and did everything that they said, so they have left with me with a great shopping experience. Highly recommend these guys, and a big thank you to Glenn.
