Great service. They did exactly what they said they would do. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

First of all this company encourages you to buy by giving you a false representation of delivery time of 3 days. Then after you have purchased the item you are told you will get an email confirming delivery which on arrival you find that the delivery time is now 15 days.

So you cancel and then wait 5 days for your money to be released to your account.

Why Whitebox cannot confirm delivery time before payment is shocking but deliberate. In my opinion avoid unless you are happy to wait.

the service is rubbish do not order from this site they say next day delivery i have been waiting 13 days and still no product only one email to say it will be late upto 7 days when i phoned they still didn't know when it was going to arrive i have now cancelled my order and will never use this company again giving this one star is to much they should have a minus star facility

If your gas pipes don't meet current regulation then neither the removal nor installation that you pay for will be carried out. Further more they don't have to refund you according to the T's&C's hidden on the whitebox website.

They must surely steal loads of money from people as most who would ask for an installation will be people like me, (I'm a 73 year old widower) unable to move the old cooker themselves or unaware of current corgi regulations.

This is bad form, Whitebox! You performed an otherwise good service but due to the greedy little extra you took from this pensioner, you have lost myself as a repeating customer and I hope a few other people are put off by my experience too.

Tried to order elsewhere but out of stock until February. Argos had item but £250 more expensive. Ordered through whitebox online, straightforward: got a confirmation of delivery within 2 hours. Machine arrived three days later: day my account was deducted of full amount. Delivery was excellent I got a three hour time slot the day before and the installation went without a hitch. So smooth: I have had nightmare with other national stores when I have had deliveries and orders. Excellent! Thankyou Whitebox!

I tried ordering a similar slim-line top-loader washing machine from two other on-line suppliers but the delivery dates were three weeks away and I needed a machine quicker than that, without having to pay high street prices. Whitebox delivered, as promised, just 3 DAYS later, and the price was very reasonable. They didn't stock the same make (Whirlpool) that I had had several times before, but I was happy to try a Hotpoint similar model for a change, because of the fast delivery. The machine turns out to be very good, so it's definitely been win-win and I would use Whitebox again.

We needed a new hob in a hurry. We ordered on a Saturday and the item was delivered on Tuesday as promised. We also received a text to let us know they would be with us within the hour. I would definitely recommend this company, they were the cheapest we could find online and have been very efficient. They will be our first choice next time too.

I always say the best way to find out how good a company really are is when a problem arises - how they respond to it can either be painful or pleasureable. My very first purchase with Whitebox unfortunately resulted in a faulty appliance being delivered direct from the manufacturer. I immediately contacted Whitebox who arranged for an engineer to visit and he detected a manufacturing issue. Whitebox then arranged for a replacement model to be delivered and the faulty one removed, all this in just over a week, very efficient and effective. Their communication both via email and on the telephone was impressive and although I had a major problem it wasn't made any worse by poor customer service. I will certainly be using them again and am happy to recommend them to my family and friends.

First time I have bought from Whitebox - it will not be the last. They offered the best price on the Hotpoint Condenser Tumble Dryer. Their communication was outstanding. I was emailed several times to keep me up with the progress of the dispatch and delivery. Received text messages throughout the delivery process. The delivery men were friendly and helpful. The product was in perfect condition and was quickly unwrapped for me to inspect and the packaging was removed. Delivery was free! Excellent experience altogether. As a bonus the tumble dryer is superb!!
