Never Deal With Vacuspares!
VacuSpares takes your money and does not deliver. An order confirmation email I received stated “We only take payment if we have stock to fulfill your order”, but payment was taken immediately regardless. Free UK delivery is assured ‘within 5 days’, but 2 months passed before I got my money back.
Email correspondence from ‘The Team at VacuSpares’ is initially reassuring about orders being processed, but eventually VacuSpares will stop responding (especially to requests for refunds) in the hope that you will give up and walk away.
Their website stated ‘We have a call centre available every weekday’ but the phone number provided was just a disconnected landline number.
VacuSpares is a one-man show. He runs similar companies that boast top customer service and supply facilities, such as 123 Rentals Ltd. The call centre at the end of 123 Rentals’ main helpline happens to be none other than himself. Speaking him directly is the best way to resolve outstanding orders...

I Ordered A Vacuum Cleaner, They Took The Money St
I ordered a vacuum cleaner, they took the money straight away. I left it about a week and hear nothing from them. emailed them they said they would send it out, this went on for a bout three weeks and even had a call from an adviser to say they would send it but it never did. I then asked for a refund they said they would and this went on for another three weeks where they would promise to do it but I it didn't happen. In the end I called my bank and they will refund the money and get it back from them. Pathetic and a waste of time. I don't know if it dodgy or they are completely incompetent as it is strange they the keep up the email communications and even called me on one occasion. Either way don't order from them. I have seen many other experiences on other website too. Wish I had checked before hand.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Sent me faulty fan which I had to return & took weeks to get refund, only on threat of legal action, + never got return postage of nearly £20 that they promised. NOW done my research:too late for me but the director of this company appears to be the same director of multiple dissolved/liquidated companies I suspect that all his 'team' are also himself from the way that 'they' each reply to emails. In my opinion he is simply a SWINDLER who clearly lacks any self respect or morals...AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Buyer Beware
I ordered a vacuum cleaner on 14th August, money withdrawn from my account on 18th August. From 22nd August, the company stopped all communications and the number provided on the website does not work.I never received the vacuum cleaner.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A FRAUDULENT SITE!!!!
They trade as VacuSpares but your account will show payment received by HaierSpares.
I spoke to different staff. All of whom lied to me... Just steer clear!,,,
