My mother cancelled an order within 24 hours (wrong advice from their sales man)and 2 months later she is STILL waiting for her money to be refunded. She has phoned most days and has been given every story going. She is recently widowed and this is causing a great deal of distress as it is a significant amount of money. They have behaved appallingly.

Total con men - deliver faulty goods to take back and don't redeliver! Ignore all emails, texts and correspondence! Daylight robbery!

This company took my money £171 plus tax for a Belsize sink but never delivred it.

So lucky we ordered last year and got nothing from in the way of goods or customer service, just kept fobbing us off for months all we got was just loads of stress and in the end threatened them with a letter before action before getting a refund, sorry if you have been one of the unlucky ones, they are a disgrace, no doubt they will set up under another name.

I will avoid any site using sagepay or anyone based in the Birmigham West Brom area if I need appliances or bathroom stuff.

This lot obviously continued taking money despite them knowing they would not be delivering the goods - they had £350 off me. I notice their website nows says they are in liquidation (they will probably turn up next week under another name).

I have just had a conversation with Sagepay who processed the money. I am incensed that they sent me nothing more than a standard email response when I told them about this website. I wasn't looking for compensation from Sagepay just some recognition that they were going to take some notice of my email - as their email response proudly boasts "We (Sagepay) closely monitor merchants to ensure that they continue to follow best practice guidelines for online trading".... Well, they didn't do that very well did they? If I see a Sagepay logo on a website again, I will not be using it.

I would like to see them behind bar, As they have caused me two month of stress and wasted my time on the phone. Should be locked as long as possible...............................to save the public from unmeasurable harm.......................

Disgusted in this company. When I ordered my wine cooler they knew they were going bust and still took my money knowing full well that the goods would not be delivered.Should have paid another £100 or so and gone to a decent company. Gave 1 star because I had no choice.

We would recommend Appliance City Fantastic service genuine company not like trading post how can they sleep at night.

I also stupidly ordered a cooker from them 2 weeks ago via VISA DEBIT and then found out they were going bust!

I chased the administrators - info is on the trading post appliance website and got an email back (from [email protected]) with a court document confirming they had gone into administration.

I forwarded this onto my bank as they have a visa charge back scheme and they gave me a full refund!

I re-ordered from Appliance City and cannot speak highly enough of them! Delivery within 2 days of my order!

Like everyone else here, i ordered my rangemaster oven on the 15th Feb and still waiting... they have obviously gone into administration now. No real hope of anyone getting their money back but have sent off a claim today anyway!
