Do Not Bother
i ordered a cheap (£10) digital thermometer from this site. The product arrived complete with a faulty battery nest and one of the panels fell off as soon as I touched it. I contacted the retailer and they told me to mail it back in the original packaging, complete with a special printed label, a la ASOS, except this is a tiny thermometer we're talking about here. They guy on the phone couldn't give a monkey about this monumental waste of time & money. Seriously, if a retailer has such poor quality stock and is completely unsympathetic and/or unwilling to replace the faulty £10 product in good faith - they shouldn't be in business for long.
