I Purchased This Hoover In October 2006 - It Is No

I purchased this Hoover in October 2006 - it is now 2008 and I am still chasing for the money to be returned via the bank and ombudsman. They supplied the incorrect Hoover and have not refunded the money since they have received it back. I would never use this company again.

Uk Home Appliances Took My Money And Did Not Deliv

UK Home Appliances took my money and did not deliver the goods. Blamed it on delivery company etc. Ordered in early October and despite 20 to 30 emails and the promise of an alternative product nothing has arrived. This company has my money and I want my washing machine. How long should this go on before it is classified as theft.

I Ordered From Them On The 29th October 2006. The

I ordered from them on the 29th October 2006. The money was taken straight from my account using Nochex, which I was not aware of until checking my bank statement. I was charged delivery of £4.99 when it clearly stated free delivery. The customer services is awful, that is when you finally get through. The Fridge Freezer was never delivered, and after making numerous telephone calls to The UK Home Appliances and using the ring back service, I finally agreed a refund with them. I was given a refund reference, but it still did not go back into my bank account. I finally took the issue up with Nochex, and within 2 days the money was put back into my account.

I Ordered A Hotpoint Iced Diamond Fridge Freezer R

I ordered a Hotpoint Iced Diamond Fridge Freezer RFA52P on the 10th of October 2006 from The UK Home Appliances website at £226.00, including delivery, but it never arrived. They charged me £235.99 and took it from my credit card. They kept me waiting at home all day on Saturday the 14th of October. I contacted them by email four times, but received no reply. I tried to contact them by phone, but no luck. the line was always busy. When I got someone to talk to on the phone, she asked me to wait. I waited for 1 hour and she came back to me and said that delivery would be on Friday 20th October 2006. I waited all day at home. Nothing arrived. I called them again on Monday, and they did not give any details as to what is happening. Again, I was promised delivery on Monday 13th November 2006, but again, the item not was not delivered.

Finally I requested to cancel the order and I am now waiting for my full refund within 3 - 5 days.

They seem to be cheaper, but you will not get what you ordered on time. Poor customer service.

The refund from The UK Home Appliances finally arrived into my account on 17-11-2006. I ordered another fridge freezer from QED-UK, and they delivered within 3 days as promised.
