I ordered a new kitchen and the fitter asked me to supply my own appliances. I ordered from a number of appliances retailers (both online and offline) and found rtd to be the most knowledgeable and provide the best service. The website could have been slightly clearer but other then that i am a satisfied customer.

I bought a Hotpoint Washing machine from RTD. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process straightforward. My appliance arrived 3 days later and I was given a 2 hour delivery slot. The delivery company also removed my old appliance. Excellent all round service and will definitely use again.

I recently visited the Basildon showroom of Retail Trade Domestic looking for a new kitchen. I had already got a quote from Wren who where just up the road. They said that they could beat any price. Upon inspecting the units they were 18mm think, as were the backboards. They felt better then those at wren. I was after a plain white gloss door and they prices the kitchen up on there astro white range. The price was very good and i decided to proceed. On the day of delivery the units arrived ridged and they provided me with a time slot. I have already recommended them to one of my friends and should i need to, i would use them again.

I live locally to the store and found them while travelling down luckyn lane. I purchased an gloss white kitchen with a full selection of Bosch appliances. The gentlemen in the shop showed me the single oven and induction hob working and also showed me some of the Bosch dishwashers. The service was good and the fitter was polite and professional.

I was looking at a new kitchen installation with a set of Bosch appliances. They had a selection of the Bosch products on show and operational for me to test. We went through the Bosch range and selected. The showroom was being redeveloped at the time which was the only slight off-put but i was extremely happy wit the service and products i received.

I ordered an Elica Circus Extractor. I wasn't sure which one would be best for my kitchen but the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and I am very pleased with my purchase and the speed of delivery.

My oven blew up just before Xmas. I didn't think there was any way that I would get another one in time. RTD came up trumps with a CDA oven that was delivered to me the Friday before. The delivery company were so helpful, unpacked the new item and took away the old one. Also gave me a 2 hour delivery slot. Couldn't have asked for more.

Ordered a large Smeg 50s style fridge in cream from RTD. The website was clean, bright and relatively easy to use. However, as it was an expensive order, i decided to phone them to ensure i would receive the item in a time for Christmas. The gentleman on the phone was polite and knowledgeable and provided me with additional size intimation to endure the item would fit. I placed the order on the phone and a week later the delivery company phoned we and provided we with a time for the delivery (12-2). On the date of the delivery they put the fridge into the kitchen for me and took away the packaging. The product itself is excellent and i would purchase the smeg again as well as use rtd in the future.

Would recommend to everyone who wants a quality product from a quality company. The staff are knowledgeable and polite and will guide you so you don't make any mistakes. Great website, very easy to navigate.

I wanted a Baumatic oven which was discontinued. RTD helped me to find a replacement. The personal service I received was great and it was really nice speak to someone who knew about the product.
