They advertise a next day delivery on the website, that's why I bought a fridge from them, but on the next day they called me to say they can only deliver after 6 days, without offering a compensation or even an apology.

This is a very neat fridge that works just like you'd expect a fridge to work - it keeps things cold! We bought it because the fridge in our newly fitted kitchen was ridiculously small, if very neat, fitting under the work surface as it does, but maddeningly annoying when we came back from the supermarket and tried to put 12 pints of milk, 2 cartons of orange juice, etc etc etc in it. Anyway, this black job looks really fine in our home office and acts as a backup to the kitchen fridge. The service from PriceTag was excellent and they sold it at a very attractive price. The delivery team were very helpful and phoned in advance to arrange a delivery slot. They carried it upstairs for us and everything worked as smoothly as clockwork, assuming that clockwork does work smoothly.
