Ordered a barbantia bin. Took money straight away. Order didn't arrive. Tried to email company; email not recognised. Phoned company. Person I spoke to said straight away it was out if stock!!! I never even gave my name or order number.
I have still had no correspondence from company after 1 month. I have now recovered my money via my credit card.
They were asked to respond by credit card company and chose not to-WHY

Well at least they were honest about something!
Item ordered on 3rd May, hadn't arrived a week later - unlikely explanation given "FexEx had lost it" - wouldn't give me the tracking number though. Was promised one would arrive/refund in 3 days. Predictably it didn't turn up so called back today (21st) and was given the same FedEx Story - I demanded the tracking number, no surprises when the number produced was unrecognised on FexEx.
When your item doesn't materialise, don't mess about with their implausible excuses and delaying tactics to giving you a refund - just march straight into one of their other business.
They also own a company called Idea Bright or
pop just down the road to Dibranto (this is just a trading name)which they also run.
CLEARLY A PATERN OF BEHAVIOUR - I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM HAD I READ THE REVIEWS BELOW.
I put the names of the directors and the addresses of their other businesses (both publically available info) in the post I made, but these were removed by the moderator???

Avoid This Retailer Like The Plague
Very bad company. Take your money and if there is a problem with the product they won't refund even if it's within warranty. Seriously dubious about them. I asked to complain to management or the owner and was told 'we are not allowed to give out those details maam' umm surely a reputable company would be more then happy for customers to contact management should the need arise!!!??? Appalling from beginning to end.

Warranty Repair Was Refused On The Juicer After 4
Warranty repair was refused on the juicer after 4 months of purchase.I had to contact the manufacturer as instructed by shop manager and deal with it on my own.Manufacturer without any problems offered refund,however, he was surprised by the situation.I do not recommend,no more purchases in the posh rosh.

Terrible Online Retailer
I often order products online, and I've never encountered an online retailer as poor as PoshRosh. I ordered a product in the first week of November, and they took the money, but no sign of the delivery. Three weeks later I called them, and they informed me it was out of stock (at no point had they called or emailed). It was however on order, they told me, and would be a couple more weeks if I was happy to wait. Christmas came an went, and in early January I called again to be told that the stock had just arrived, and would be processed that week. Three weeks later and it still hadn't arrived, so today (22nd Jan) I called back again to be told that it was not in stock and would never be in stock. They did offer to refund my money (as if they were doing me a favour), but had I not called them for the third time they wouldn't have.

Worst website..ordered on Christmas and after payment I get an email saying the product in 7-10 days.they don't even bother to update you.it was my first and last purchase ever!!
I intend on going on every website and telling everyone about this ...useless

Highly Disappointed
I ordered 3 items for Christmas presents on 7 December. I knew there could be a 10 day delay in receiving my order but I was surprised to get an email on 19 December stating they only had one item in stock and the other two would not be available until January. They said that they could deliver the item in stock for next day delivery so I accepted that and said I would wait for the other two items.
Unfortunately, the "next day delivery" never happened! I sent an email on 23 December stating that it had still not arrived - never got a response. It is now 27 December and still have receiving nothing.
I have since asked for a full refund, but still no response from them. Very disappointed in their service and would definitely not buying from them again or be recommending them!

Apalling Customer Service
Ordered 2 items and was told 1 item was not in stock and would be available in 10-14 working days. This time expired and I had no contact from PoshRosh, I contacted them and was told the item would not now be available until the new year. A few days later I received an email that the item was now in stock and asked for my delivery instructions however the second item that was originally in stock was now not available. As I was on vacation I specified a delivery date 2 weeks ahead and enquired when the second item would be available again. Again no contact/response from PoshRosh. The item was despatched the next day and despite not cancelling the second item I received a refund for this!! I can only assume I will not be getting this item. in summary do not buy from these people.

No response to a previous email sent
NO answer on your dedicated on-line shopping phone number.
I rang the in-store phone number to be told no one in that can help me, as no one is working in that department today. According to your website office/on-line sales are open today 0800 to 1800.
This item is required by TOMORROW, no chance of that happening (or is there??? No one can tell me)

Still Waiting On Item 2 Months Later!!
I ordered item online & no word item was out of stock until I received email order confirmation stating 'item available for you in 10-14 working days'. Why do they sell item online if they do nit have in stock themselves. I have now contacted them twice was told would receive it end of August this is now middle of September! This is now nearly 2 months later since I placed original order. Item was for a birthday present which has passed. Would NOT recommend using this website!
