I purchased through Amazon on the 22nd Dec for computer hardware at a price too good to miss. Popcorn UK confirmed the goods would be dispatched on the 18th Jan. I waited until the 20th then asked when they would be dispatched and the reply was "I am terribly sorry this was a listing error, we are unable to supply the correct bundle and can confirm that your order has been cancelled". Now I dont know how you would feel but steam was permeating from ears as I had missed numerous bargains over Xmas and now sitting with nothing. They will answer emails with ‘robotic sorry’ replies and therefore have to warn you...ONLY PURCHASE GOODS THAT ARE IN STOCK from a reputable supplier as Popcorn UK's customer service is cutting!
