Don't Order Anything From Pmc Telecoms
I bought a telephone, which I ended up returning as the pictures on the website did not clearly depict the colors that were actually on the phone. I had already paid £6.99 for vat plus £4.50 for shipping and handling.I was notified I would get all the money back minus £4.50. When I received my refund, turns out they took more money for vat (apparently) than what was agreed. I will certainly never order from a website I do not know again.
Continuation: Today I received a phone call from PMC Telecoms who are now refunding me an additional £5. I am frankly surprised and amazed by the response and would therefore like to retract my earlier review. It's a shame not all companies have such a good customer service reponse to complaints.

Ordered A Panasonic Kxtcd 8322 Twin Cordless Phone
Ordered a Panasonic KXTCD 8322 twin cordless phone from PMC Telecom on the Friday. I wasn't sure about some of the features so I called one of the sales assistants, they clearly explained all the features I enquired about. A fantastic company with no hard sales.
They dispatched the goods on Friday sending me confirmation via email with courier tracking details. The goods arrived 9.30 Monday morning. What more can you ask for a great company coupled with excellent customer services and delivering the goods well within guaranteed time.
