Brilliant Service
Very quick delivery, kept up to date by couriers and great products. Only let down was the customer service - I rang because I hadn't received my confirmation email. Completely my fault as I had given the incorrect one but the person who I spoke to had a bit of an attitude. Not very friendly, sounded like he didn't particularly like answering the phone.

I recently purchased a Morphy Richards matching kettle and toaster. I could not find cheaper anywhere and the service they provide is second to none. I ordered on the Friday, it was delivered free on the Tuesday and I was given constant text and email updates regarding the delivery. I would certainly use them again and would recommend to family and friends.

The service I received from this company was excellent. Phoned in the morning received next day. Phoned me to let me know the fire was coming got a 1 hour delivery slot. Very satisfied with the fire as advertised. Thank you.Nothing to dislike about the product or service.

I ordered a kettle/Toaster last night (8 SEPTEMBER 2015) at £69.95 - as on the website it says free delivery on ALL ITEMS.
When i went to pay it didn't give you breakdown that MOST COMPANIES do and SHOULD, but I loved the appliances so much I went ahead and paid. Thinking delivery is free as ADVERTISED on website (MY MISTAKE!!!)
I was greated with an e-mail to say that £84.00 was being debited out of my account. I have been charged an extra £15 (for delivery & VAT to Northern Ireland) - I was taken aback. The companies customer service is zilch and of no help.
I'm just hoping the appliances live up to my expectations if/when i receive them.
Please be careful if ordering. A company should not have hidden costs and not let the customer see this upfront. Do not order from them if you don't get a full breakdown of cost prior to "Confirm and Pay".
The company should disclose all breakdown costs before customers purchase their items. This needs sorted ASAP.

First time I have used Only Elecricals and would not hesitate to use them again. Ordered on line a Dimplex
Cheriton Electric fire, with them as they was so much cheaper than anywhere else I had tried. I ordered on
Wednesday evening, confirmation email Thursday, and goods delivered Friday, Can't get much better than
that. ? A slight problem with communication with delivery company but a very helpful gentleman at Only
Electricals sorted it and contacted twice me to keep me informed. I am totally impressed and Cannot fault
anything. Would highly recommend.

Never used Only Electricals before,therefore I wasn't happy about the lack of communication,no confirmation E mail
And couldn't track as my password and E mail wasn't recognised.So was really happy when my kettle and toaster turned up on the day it was supposed to and free delivery.

I tried to make a purchase with a pre-paid card having loaded it with the correct amount. They have a system that takes £1 to try out your card first then tries to take the full value, so in this case it failed as it had taken my pound without telling me! Thinking it was a blip on the system I tried again only for it to take another £1. So now I have to wait for them to release my £2. What a royal pain. I will not use this company. EVER!
