Do not use these people to buy Magimix accessories. They refused to pay a refund on one accessory that did not work as expected even though this was part of a much larger order. In future I will only use a retailer where 'the customer's word is always right' to buy any Magimix or other kitchen accessories.

I ordered a bowl on the telephone and spoke to somebody who understood what i needed, on the Monday at about 2pm, got a email from a courier at 8.50am the next day saying it was out for delivery between 11.30 and 12.30 and it was delivered at 12ish. Cheapest on the net than anyone else, great service and great customer service from a friendly person, rare nowadays.

This company should be avoided at all costs. They tried to deliver a new bowl for my magimix to me twice and failed both times. I was in constant contact via email concerning the failed deliveries and in the end they just ignored my emails. Don't be fooled by their refund policy either. If they do not deliver they will only refund you the cost of the goods they will keep the VAT and the delivery charges. So far I am out of pocket by £50 and don't have my bowl. The last contact from them was from one of their Directors who referred me to their terms and conditions!!!!I had to contact my credit card company in order to get the matter resolved. I would urge you to use another company. Companies like this deserve to go bust.

Ordered product and received order confirmation. 2 days later I called as nothing received. Advised they would be getting delivery of it themselves the following week - as not in stock. A) showed in stock when I ordered. B) They never bothered to advise out of stock or when the delivery date would be. Now waiting refund. Poor customer service and I wouldn't use again.

One day ago, I ordered some Magimix Parts for my elderly Magimix (32 years old)I found the Website Rang the phone number these people knew my model in seconds and had my order placed in 30 seconds to my amazement arrived today in the middle of a royal mail strike !!

If you need Magimix spares, www.magimix.org is the company to go to - they really know the products! Trying to find Magimix lid for cuisine automatic multi cuve 5100 machine, so simple found in minutes the Magimix 17308 bowl and 17308 bowl - my machine is 15 years old and has been great use it everyday. I buy alot online nowadays and think that Magimix spares is the easiest site i have used!

If you wan't inexpensive Magimix Spares, this company is probably one of the cheapest, I checked out a couple of Web Sites, and found one company www.electricshopping.co.uk, really expensive, compared to www.magimix.org, electricshopping, say they don't charge for delivery, that's because there disc's ie 17612 2mm slicer/grater, is £17.90, which is £3.95 more expensive than www.magimix.org , if I was to buy 2 discs, from each company, www.magimix.org , would be £2.85 cheaper.

I just had to send this review of Magimix Spares (www.magimix.org), this is one of the best web sites I have visited, I was so impressed I wrote this review.
