Ordered a light at the Ideal Home Exhibition, informed it would take 12 weeks. Rang constantly to chase order, first two phone calls staff were sour and really didn't care what was happening.

Third phone call informed that my light was in customs and would be with me by September. No offer of compensation for the fact they had had my monies for several months was forth coming.

Then the final straw today was I receive an email at 9.30 (whilst at work) to inform me that my light will be delivered at 10am... Tried to call the delivery company, but of course, as with litecraft, it is touch phone only. Tried calling litecraft, no answer waited in queue for an age.

Avoid, unless you fancy a hideously long wait and terrible customer service...
