Bought a Smeg Hob it was a replacement for my old one so I can rely on Smeg......... When opened by my electrician it had dent in front which had knocked the facia out of line......... Have saved DAMAGED box to show to a representative But the Appliance Store has still not got back to me Purchased Dec 2015. It's now Feb 2016 sent them a text last week BUT still no reply.Very disappointed customer.

Ordered some under-cabinet kitchen lights online. I rang them first as I was a bit confused about the drivers needed. They explained on the phone so ordered and arrived on time.

Just been fitted and lights are really nice.

17 March - appliances ordered online. Ordering process fairly easy. I requested if delivery could be arranged for 22 March. On 20 March a message: your order will be delivered on the 22nd. Excellent! Arranged to take the day off to be at home for delivery of the items. Then the next day I hear: nope, sorry - the items won't be delivered the 22nd... Thanks a lot kitchenappliancecentre, you cost me a days wages.

Kitchenappliancecentre might have been a bit cheaper then others, but in the end it wasn't worth it. We also had appliances delivered from Appliances Online as well as Currys and they did arrive on the agreed date and time.

This was not our first experience with Plessers.Excellent experience. Great pricing,Great services! Really service was awesome,Just Keep it Up!!!

Purchased Extractor from Kitchen Appliance Centre, the unit worked fine for two months before the fan started cutting out. First it was on low speed only, then medium speed stopped also, now only high speed works. The Engineer came out and said we need new switches, one week later he returned and fitted them, still didn't work. He said the motor had failed, and he would order it and return with it soon. After four weeks the motor arrived at the Kitchen Appliance Centre and was said to be damaged, they would order another. Another two weeks later they said its on its way and we are still waiting. Kitchen Appliance Centre don't ring us back even after promising they will, and say its not company policy to replace the extractor fan unless the Engineer says so.

We think this is very bad service and communication from them and are very disappointed with their handling of it. Its now seven weeks later and we are still waiting.

Particularly impressed with Aftersales Service. We were unlucky and had a slight problem with an item (no fault of Kitchen Appliance centre) which was promptly exchanged "twice" with no quibble.

Cannot recommend this firm enough, will definately use again.

great service ordered my instant hot water tap one day it was with me the next, and free delivery to. fantastic communication with texts to tell what day it will be here, also text what hour it would be here, and it was.

I rang customer service and they were incedibly helpful. I needed to check some technical details, and Richard (I think it was !!!!) was very quick in ansering my questions.

Please nate that I only spent around £7 for the item in question. I would definately recommend the Kitchen Appliance Centre not only for the customer service I received, but for their excellent prices, cheap postage and very quick despatch - I ordered the part yesterday, and it arrived today - wonderful.

I ordered some Stellar Pans late Tuesday afternoon. I had confirmation that they would be sent out on 22nd March for Delivery 23rd March. I was sent a text and email on 22nd March advising that i could look on website to see the delivery time.

I then got a text this morning 23rd to say they would be delivered this morning between 8.11 and 9.11 and sure enough 8.30 Nicky the driver arrived with my pans.

Excellent Customer Service and speedy delivery.

I am particularly impressed with the whole sale to delivery time plus updates.

I ordered wallpaper 3 weeks ago from a household name and i have had nothing but problems. I have paid for the paper but still not received.

So well done Kitchen Appliance Centre, will certainly use you again.
