Very pleased with the service, and the product, from initial order (over the internet), to arranging delivery, which was at MY convenience! Delivery was on time, installation was quick, tidy and efficient, and the installer friendly and polite. The machine has worked really well and so far so good. Would definitely use Kensington again.

Searched online for best prices for new appliances on a self-build. Went in to local distrubutor to view appliances and was offered a match to the best online prices I could find.

Personnel were approachable and subsequent to placing the order, always accessible by phone and email.

Delivery was quick once I agreed a move-in date.

I've yet to switch everything on and check it all works (fingers crossed) butI am more comfortable knowing that I have a local supplier who I can approach if I have any after-sales issues.

We found a Bosch microwave in John Lewis which was what we wanted but too small. This lead us to finding the larger model on the Bosch website. Searching for this part number lead to only a small number of UK stockists, one of which was Kensington. A quick call to a helpful member of staff and we found it would need to be ordered in from Bosch with a delivery date of 'a week or so'. It actually arrived within 3 days. Refreshing to deal with a smaller business.
