Closed Down But Taking Offers For Goods By Email
I left a cash deposit on a Smeg Fridge that was due in the 1st week in May. I went on Saturday to see if it had arrived only to find the store closed down and a sign in the window saying they are open to offers on display stock.
Ive tried getting in touch with no joy.
Lots of shops are going out of business but I would have thought they might have called me to let me know - Suppose Ive lost my £250 deposit (should of used my card!)
Did You Pay On Paypal?
I paid on Paypal for our washing machine. When it failed to be delivered and there was no contact with Jade, I filled in the details on the Paypal Resolution Centre. I didn't expect any response but Paypal has just refunded the money.
Gone Bust Last Week
A lot of people seem to have unfulfilled orders when this firm ceased trading suddenly last week I ordered one day and they closed the next as far as I can see. This website should be pulled
I ordered on the 16th and they took my money and delivered a faulty item, great! In process of trying to get it repaired under the warranty from Whirlpool which, hopefully, is still valid.

Refund I Was Expecting Of £659 Has Been Cancelled By Them
Funds have not cleared from their bank so my refund has been cancelled! I'm £659 down. phone number is now out of use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS IT HAS CLEARLY GONE BUST !!

They Sell Dodgy Goods, Do Not Buy From Them
I purchased a Haier fridge freezer from this company on 15th May. Luckily, I received my goods (unlike some others who havn't) But I recieved it not working. I contacted Jade technology and they informed me it's not their problem as they have now gone into liquidation and that I need to take it up with Haier. It seems bizarre to me that they still have their website up and are still selling items!! £625 I spent.
I am going to have to take this further as i'm not sure I believe them.
I think they have been selling dodgy goods.
Stay well away!!!!
well maybe its time that customers start using shops again instead of these rip off merchants. I understand that consumers want the cheapest deal but good old fashioned service from a shop for a few pounds more is worth it.

This site showed Jade Technology as 4.6 stars!
Jade technology went bust (liquidation / administration...) at the 16/April
So many people got burnt by ordering from Jade technology until the very last day (16/April); The reason so many people sent their order to Jade was THIS!!! SITE!!!
THIS Site is VERY bad if it cannot warn us from HIGHLY dangerous shops.

Expecting a delivery on 23rd April - not looking promising. cannot contact them on the online phone no or the shop and no replies from emails. the phone staff were really friendly and helpful and I did get a delivery on 16th - I count myself very lucky. also have paid by credit card so hope to get money back. Do not buy from them now

ordered fridge freezer last week, email yesterday stating delivery today- no delivery. No communication from anyone, phone number unobtainable, no reply from email, phone number on the site for the shop just ringing!!!! Contacted credit card company to sort out getting money back

This company has some poor reviews if you look on the site, but I can honestly say this is one iof the best Internet companies I have bought from I ordered it to be delivered in 4 weeks as I was away. The communication was excellent it was delivered one day early but that was a good thing. The price was the cheapest I could find anywhere. I would certainly buy again. Thank you for a first rate service.

No I don't work for them ,when did they stop trading as this was delivered to me on the 18th April ordered and paid for 4 weeks earlier and had a reply to an e mail I sent. I can only go on service I received which was excellent.
How you got delivery from a firm not open and trading I don't know. Sure you don't work for them??

Apologies for long delay in response.
I was not aware that Jade Technology had ceased trading as it appears they have. I can only stand by the review I gave them some time ago, when all aspects of the transaction were excellent.
