My first order wasn't packed carefully, so had cracked on the corner.

Email communication was very poor - I didn't get a reply on most of the emails I sent.

When I rang through my issues were resolved quickly however.

What a joke this company is. I ordered a replacement Hoover Washing Machine Door Hinge almost 2 weeks ago! The hinge cost £14.83 + £2.95 Shipping (grand total £17.78)

I explained to the salesman over the telephone - that needed this hinge "urgently" as my current Hoover Washing Machine Door Hinge was broken. He assured me that I would receive the hinge with 2-5 working days (5 days being the latest possible delivery time) so I went ahead with the order and expected it to arrive within their estimated time-frame.

To my horror, Hoover sent the hinge via standard Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery service?? There wasn't any reason for them to send the hinge this way, other than "profit" I paid £2.95 for a pitiful 2nd Class service... BAH!! Needless to say, 5 days came and went.. NO DELIVERY WAS MADE :( In fact, its been almost 2 weeks now since Hoover posted the hinge, still no delivery.

I made a complaint to their customer service team about failure of delivery. They, said, it could take up to 14 working days for the hinge to be delivered, not including Saturdays?? Wait? That's not what the salesman told me when I purchased the hinge over the telephone?

In short, it could be lost in the post. now I'll be waiting forever for delivery, and until 14 days have past with no delivery, they won't send a replacement out till then:(

In the mean time, I'm now without a working Washing Machine.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS... Caveat emptor.
