You do have to wait a while for delivery of your order. Customer service is very poor, and they do not handle customer dissatisfaction at all well. Also, very poor inefficient delivery service. The company uses external delivery companies who are not equipped to deliver large items. The driver tried to deliver it on his own but was unable to due to the weight. I had to wait an hour for a second person to turn up to lift the item. It is also unclear exactly how much you will be charged if you do not accept delivery of an item.

Although you make savings on the price, the poor customer service does not make up for this.
