We've bought 2 vacuum cleaners from this store and each time I've been given bad attitude which gets thrown back in my face.lwould definitely not recommend this to my friends or clients.it has happened at this store too many times.we will be buying from a Proffessional store from now on.Example on first vac we bought had coned us into $5000 credit.Stars no l don't think so!!!

I purchased a new bagless vacuum online with Godfreys, it was a great experience.

I did my homework on the machine i wanted, Godfreys had the best prices, and then delivery to regional Victoria was free which was a bonus.

Very happy with machine, performs like it said it would and its quieter than I expected. Had a query which customer service guy was able to answer quickly so no complaints there either.

Would definitely recommend Godfreys to others (and have done!), will be shopping there again.

This is the second Vacuum cleaner from Godfreys. The first time I purchased it from the Caulfield store whereas this time I purchased at their Australian onlne store

The first model I purchased was a bagged model. It was cheap and did the job but replacing the bags was a real hassle. I went to Godfreys twice regarding new bags and cleaning and the staff were very helpful. The new parts though for the cleaner were not cheap which was disappointing.

I have learnt from my last mistake and purchased a bagless Vacuum cleaner online this time based on the online reviews of their site. So far its suction is a lot better and not having to replace the bags is great. I purchased it online because of the price but I know I have the local store if I have any issues rather then having to return it to where is came from (if I purchased it from an online only store).

Overall, I like this company, their price and service and the only issue I would flag is the price of replacement parts which are a bit of a rip off.
