Terrible experience with Gio Espresso.

First impressions were good, when the owner responded by email on my questions regarding the sales and payment process. But from the moment the payment was transferred, I never heard back from him. And the espresso machine I ordered was never delivered. All phone numbers on the website are fake; no possibility to reach out to him.

We are now three months further and still nothing is delivered nor refunded. So that is a GBP 530 down the drain... :-(

I bought another coffee machine from them – although they are now dealing with all kitchen appliances - delivered as stated. Received communication at all stages and even a follow-up after delivery. I certainly can recommend them.

just bought a coffee machine from them, delivered earlier than stated, no issues and i saved pounds. the machine was as described and i even got a call to make sure that all was ok.
