Total rip off of a shop

Take my advice and look and buy elsewhere!!!

Price was good, delivery was dreadful due to damage by delivery firm. Was awaiting Kitchen conversion to be finished before installing. Took 3 months before it was installed and switched on. Failed immediately.....kept blowing fuses in circuit board. Still under warranty but when service technician arrived he said the Equipment was built 4 years ago and wondered where it had been stored for that period of time before I received it. Although it was new in the fact that it was still in its packaging when delivered, the warranty technician said it is 4 years old from the serial number so not sure why the fuse keeps on blowing. Perhaps in hindsight I should have switched it on when I received it because if it failed then, Eldon Electricals could have had it back.

You don't expect to buy equipment that has been sitting around for 4 years before you buy it. I really wonder how long Eldon Electricals have had it.

The matching fridge I bought 2 years ago from somewhere else is 2 years younger......unbelievable.

The repair technician is still looking for fault with my Freezer.

I recently bought a fridge freezer from Eldon Electricals. I found them very helpful. I phoned to chesck stock and I asked about the precise colour of the item I wanted. They phoned me back when they said they would. I would use this company again.

Having a kitchen fitted and decided a little late that I would source my own appliances. It was important that they could be delivered the following week. Having tried a few other sites which were slightly cheaper, despite spending over £4000, they were unable to deliver when required. Eldon only had half the items in stock. They rang me back ten minutes later, they could order the items in and have them delivered to me on the Wednesday, a day earlier than I required them. I got a phone call the day before delivery to confirm they had received the goods and that they would be delivered as expected.

Excellent service and still a good price.

Eldons is an excellent company in my own experience. I live in an apartment, and their delivery drivers are always happy to help get the heavier items upstairs. They're friendly, reliable and offer good value for money on most of their range. I have actually bought from them a few times when they've been higher on price, as trust, I guess, is something you cannnot always put a price on.
