I wasn't sure about a factory second but I took a chance..I am delighted with my dishwasher. I cannot find any faults whatsoever - no dents or scratches - it is the best dishwasher I have owned (this is the 4th in 36 years).

The delivery was very quick and the man dropped it virtually ready to plug in.

This dishwasher was £200 cheaper than the same model in my local John Lewis store. I am planning an extra holiday with the money I saved.

I needed a new upright cleaner and wanted a yellow Miele after reading 'Which' reviews, so i started my search. I found one at Domestics Direct (many other suppliers only had black); considerably cheaper on price but their cleaners were slight seconds, so i was a bit nervous. I rang DD and spoke to a helpful man, who helped to put my mind at rest, then I looked up some reviews about them, which were good. I also rang Miele and they confirmed they do sell 'graded' seconds and asked me the name of the Company, then confirmed it was true.

I ordered it on the 3/4/12 and it arrived on the 5/4/12, all packed up with full instructions. I still haven't noticed anything wrong with the cleaner and it works perfectly (see my Miele review). I wouldn't hesitate to use DD again and my advice would be 'just do it'!

I recently purchased a Miele S7210 Upright Vacuum Cleaner from Domestics Direct. The cleaner is awesome both in design and function. I am 59, so have used a number of different machines over the years. My last one was a Dyson and my opinion of that is unprintable!

Similarly, Domestics Direct were faultless. Their service was speedy, friendly and efficient. They were unbeatable on price by a long way and although the product was a factory second, I have not managed to spot any defect.

Altogether, I would highly recommend both the Miele cleaner and Domestics Direct.

I purchased a miele vacuum cleaner from Domestics Direct and i was more than happy with the service they provide.It turned up quicker than expected and works a treat much better than our old Bosch vacuum.

I would be more than happy to purchase from them again in the near future.

I wanted a freestanding induction cooker. I did a Google search and the Belling came out tops. The cheapest price, £599, came from these people. I was a bit worried about ordering at first as there were only two reviews on the Google product search website. However, both reviews were positive and so I took the risk. I needn't have worried. The next day I received a call from the delivery company and with 24 hours of that I received a gleaming new cooker. Order to door less than 48 hours!

The cooker is fantastic. It just squeezed in the standard kitchen unit gap, so some might need to trim an edge. But don't let that put you off, it's very stylish and worth the effort.

I don't often write reviews, but I was very impressed at both price and the speedy (FREE) delivery. Well done.

Value was excellent, no-one to match them. I placed my order on mid Saturday afternoon & it was delivered on Tuesday morning.

My only very minor suggestion is that when I checked my order it still said processing & it would have been better if it had said it was dispatched, as I would have known it was on its way.

Otherwise very impressed & would definiely use them again.
