After Many E-mails And Two Recorded Delivery Lette
After many e-mails and two recorded delivery letters to Digital Horn, still heard nothing, and it's been over 6 weeks now.
Money taken from my account within a few days via PROTX, but no goods (I ordered a £1500 LCD TV).
I've now put in the hands of my credit card company.
I am jg01 who put a review on this company in Nov I like this customer ordered goods to value of £1900 same thing happened to me, money taken out registered letter emails to them etc.....I left it in hands of my credit card co who recovered my money back, best of luck to other poor customers.

Ordered 2 46inch Lcd Televisions For Members Of Th
Ordered 2 46inch LCD Televisions for members of the family on 6th Nov (one is for my aged mother), nearly £1900, to date not a thing from the company only an email from PROTX( their secure payment service provider) saying the money has been taken from my credit card. Have sent numerous emails to the firm but so far seen no replies from them,like previous reviewer starting to panick now!
On the website it says 'emails have been down'. They have no contact number on the website therefore this could be the reason. I was thinking of buying here, could you let me know the outcome?
Have they actually taken the money from your card? If so you should be able to dispute it with your credit card company with a good likelihood of success.

Has anybody got a contact number for this company??? £409 for a fridge and freezer..paid on 1st november.n ow the 11th nov and no reply to any of my emails...there is no phone number to call....now starting to panic.....have they gone bust or what ????

I ordered a Miele vacuum cleaner and as with you guys have received no contact from this lot. I have emailed them a number of times but no response. Checked with my credit card company and the money hasn't been taken from my account.
I ordered a cooker on 7th November. I've been e-mailing them to get an idea of delivery date (as it was allegedly an in stock item) and have also received no response at all. On the plus side at least they haven't taken any money yet. I definitely won't be using Digital Horn again.

I have received no contact from them regarding delivery and although I have since sent 2 emails I still have received no response from them yet, I am now exercising the 30 day ruling as I have no choice but to assume they no longer exist as a company? Anyone enlighten me?

I bought a Mac Pro from www.digitalhorn.co.uk. Before this purchase, I was unaware of the company. First thing I noticed is that their price was much cheaper than that of the RRP. I had previously already checked out all of the normal high street/online stores, but found that this site was still the cheapest. I had to wait a 6 days till the product arrived. 3 day's before delivery, I was told to expect the delivery via email as well a voicemail was left on my phone. Unfortunately I was unable to receive the delivery on the day. Received a royal mail card, and was able to pick it from the depot the day afterwards. The item arrived in perfect order. One thing unrelated to the site, the Mac Pro is brilliant, fast, user friendly, good looking! If nothing else get a Mac, the best decision I have ever made.
NIGHTMARE! I ordered a washing machine on 19th September 2008. They have debited 2 payments in full from my bank account and despite sending 8 emails requesting full refund of one payment and delivery date of washing machine have received no response yet. I would say because of my experience so far I do not recommend this company.

Looks like they are buying from Dixons.co.uk and selling on their own web-site. They say they match/ beat Currys.co.uk price but from what ive seen its cheaper on Dixons.co.uk anyway and on Pixmani.co.uk.
