Ordered product, and the company took the money out of my account. A while later they told me that the product was out of stock and a refund would take 2 weeks. Kept e-mailing over 6 months and I havn't yet had an answer to my questions. They kept saying they would get someone to phone me but they never did. Rubbish customer service, wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!!!!!!!

I paid upto £120.00 for an iron which developed a fault within 4 months. I was told the warranty had expired and that no refunds were available. I have sent the iron for service/repair and was quoted £89.95 for repair. I reluctantly paid the amount 7 MONTHS AGO, and am STILL waiting for the return of my iron!!! GRRR!!!

I ordered a Delonghi Coffee Maker about 6 months ago from Choicebrand, I paid £45.00 for it but it was worth £110 in the shops. I'd had a much more expensive coffee maker that had just given up on me so I didn't want to pay too much and the same thing happen again. It arrived in about 7 days in its original box but no outer protection which I was surprised at. It had absolutely no marks on it and looked brand new. It's been working perfectly ever since, in fact even better than the expensive one that gave up on me.

I've now purchased a Tefal Steam Generator Iron at considerably less than the cost in the shops. It came within 7 days, the packaging was like getting into Fort Knox (bubble wrapped inside and a protection box on the outside and also wrapped in black plastic, inside it's in the original box with instructions. It has a hair line crack in the plastic water tank which doesn't affect the workings of it at all (not the actual iron). It doesn't look used, no fraying wires. It works perfect at the moment, I only used it for the first time last night and love it because it cuts down on ironing by half. It cost about £99.00 which is a bit of a risk if it goes wrong after 3 months, but I've taken that chance as it was considerably less than the price in the shops. I haven't had to phone customer services as yet, hence no stars.

I would recommend Choicebrand to others but would definitely make them aware that there is no guarantee after 3 months and every product would present differently.

I am an old customer of choicebrand and have been buying from them for quite a few years. They are now under new managment for the company and i see can great changes alreay. They have new stock better speck and even better customer service who you can contact via phone or email and you get a reply right away. This was very handy for me as i needed to know when id receive my order as i had lots of work to do in the garden, i was very happy with thefast service. Goods were excellent & so much cheaper than the high street. I have no issue in recommending Choicebrand to all my friends.

I ordered a convector heater from Choicebrand.co.uk as they seemed to be the best value for money. I should have remembered the saying "you get what you pay for" because although the heater was cheap I am still waiting for it to be delivered 3 weeks after placing the order. The company has failed to respond to any of my emails and enquiries reagrding delivery. They are utterly useless and I would NOT recommend anyone using them.

Incompetence bordering on the fraudulent. Ordered on 16th Jan and nothing delivered. No response to numerous emails. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a De Longhi kettle from Choicebrand which had damp patches on the base when you lifted it up to pour. This was steam which was escaping from under the kettle, this gradually turned into a leak. I e-mailed Choicebrand but they said as it was three weeks out of the guarantee period they would'nt repair it.Did'nt realise that all the goods they sell are refurbished hence why they come poorly packaged and no instructions. Wont be using them again, wish had read reviews before purchasing.

Called (werl.co.uk where money was shown as debited from my account, they are sister company apparently) was on hold for 20 mins, then was explaining the situation (politely & calmly) to the operator who hung up on me.

I wish I'd read all the other comments on the website of people asking where their orders were before I placed my order!

The discounted goods are really not worth the hassle. Please believe me.

I am writing here as I did checked reviews about the services and product of choicebrand. I was a bit concern about ordering it, but I did it anyway as they were the cheapest.

I ordered a chainsaw last Friday, To my surprise received it today. The condition of the product is nearly new (with some scratches as refurbished product).

However I wanted to call them to ask about product before I order, but no phone number so I emailed them. They replied on Monday evening and I received and item today.

As a distance seller a Phone number must have.one less star for that.

Definitely going to checkout other items.

I ordered the heater for my Mother. I was worried at first ordering from here, but I cant afford the prices in the shops. I ordered on line and it arrived within 5 days!! It says 10 so I was very pleased. It is now in full operation, and although it is refurbished, it looks new.

For £30 delivered, it seems a bargain. My sister in Law told me to use this web site, she bought three items before xmas, and saved about £80 in total.

If I need anything else, I will definately return
