I bought a dishwasher on 12/24/2023 that actually just showed up today 01/19/2024. My old dishwasher burned out so I have been without a dishwasher since before X-MAS. I have been calling and did not realize that this dishwasher was coming from New Jersey. I live in Arizona. I wanted to cancel prior to this debacle, but they were going to charge me $187.50.

The dishwasher they tried to deliver looked like it had been through a war. Dents, scratches and missing 2 buttons. They did not offer to replace the damaged dishwasher they sent as they stated it was "out of stock". The woman on the phone cold have cared less about the situation and quickly hung up. This was a horrific experience. Buy local.

Great service, prices were good and they had just the products I wanted. Very easy to compare products also, good web site. I just want to note that they deliver to your DOOR, not up the stairs or in the house. No problem and you can pay to have them brought inside. I chose not to. Appliances came a lot sooner than expected.
