Took Money But Not Stock. Couldn't Get A Refund.
I ordered a Dyson heater from this company and later found out they did not have any stock.
They asked if I could wait 6+ weeks or cancel and get a refund.
I cancelled and asked for a refund. They emailed me saying 'Your refund of £265 has been instructed to go back to the original card you made payment with'.
After waiting many days for the refund I wrote to them asking for a copy of the refund transaction documentation or the transaction number. They did not reply so I wrote again asking for the information.
They state that refunds take 7 to 10 days to process via the credit card company, which of course is untrue as they are as quick as sales.
As I received no reply nor a refund [after 16 days] I was forced to report them to the credit card company and ask for the transaction to be voided.
This company sold something for which they could not supply and then failed to refund the payment. I would advise anyone dealing with this company not to part with your credit card number.

Changed Price After Order!
I would not recommend dealing with this company, after reading several poor reviews I decided to phone the company to make sure that there would not be any problems with the item being out of stock or delivery issues etc! After 2 phone calls I was reassured, what a mistake. I ordered a freezer advertised as being reduced from £360 to £240, then after paying for it i got an email stating that I had not paid the correct amount and it should have been £420 but as a good will gesture I could have it for £400!!! They had by then changed the online price to £360. As far as I can tell they are either very incompetent or dishonest, either of which would make sure I never bought anything from them again! Lets hope the refund comes through..
Complete Waste Of Time
I ordered some simple bar accessories which were showing in stock and the order had a 2 day delivery. As you will see here the order was placed on the 9th of May:

This is the advice you get: "NB. Orders follow this sequence
Received> Acknowledged > Picking > Dispatched > Delivered > Completed"
So after 26 days its still sitting on step 3. I have called numerous times asking for feedback and eventually to simply cancel the order and refund me. I have had one email acknowledging this request but no action. I am still out of pocket.

I ordered a combination oven on the 8th May which was listed as in stock and delivery within 2 - 5 days. On day 4 I telephoned to ask how much longer I woulkd have to wait and was told that this item had been dis-continued and they never had it in stock. I wonder how long I would have waited to be informed of this, it would appear that they had my money and there was no need to notify me that I would never receive this oven. As I had paid by pay pal I expected an immediate refund of my money but I was wrong, I had to open a dispute claim with pay pal who eventually got my money back on the 17th. You can help wondereing if this was fraud and maybe I should have gone to the police. As an OAP this has caused my so much anxiety and I wish I had never heard of the and-the kitchen sink.
