Steer Clear
Appalling company. I reported my a fault with my integrated microwave, which is still under guarantee, on 4 November. Almost 4 weeks later & I am STILL waiting to have it repaired. AEG just don't want to know. When an engineer has appeared, he has brought either no part or the wrong part with which to fix it. They really are, among other things, a bunch of incompetents.
They do not even provide a time slot for their visits which means having to take entire days from work. I have bought a free standing micro since I could do without it no longer. That expense as well as loss of earnings has cost me hundreds of pounds.
CS are so unhelpful.
I would steer clear from this company altogether.

Never Again - Appalling
I bought an induction hob and double oven. I have been trying for weeks to get through to AEG with a couple of queries. It is impossible. You never know when an issue will crop up, so if you cannot communicate with them, it is unacceptable. I also wrote to them online and never received a reply. Do not touch with a bargepole. Appliance are not even installed yet and already regret my decision

Never Again
Bought AEG package when having kitchen fitted.
Three freezers replaced in 4 years.
Dishwasher caught fire after only 4 years. AEG stated this was due to normal wear and tear. Refused to replace the article.
Customer service very arrogant and dismissive.
If the dishwasher has only a 4 year shelf life then it should be stipulated in the advertising brochure.
Disappointing product and disappointing after sales.
Never agian.
Q&A
I currently have a dispute with AEG about cheap plastic hinges on freezer door flaps not being fit for purpose. I will be claiming that they are not fit for purpose. Has anyone else experienced these problems?
