DON'T USE THIS SITE

DON'T USE THIS SITE.

My nan asked me to order one of those robot hoovers and it was 9.99. Bargain. But should've guessed it was a sham really. I went through the checkout and downloaded the app when it prompted me to. Then it told me on the screen payment failed. I took a screenshot of it. Idk why, but I guess something told me I may need it. No voucher was in the wallet either so I left it at that thinking it had failed and that it was a sign to go somewhere else.

My nan is 80, she doesn't like online banking so she only gets one bank statement a month and it arrives around 12th-14th it varies. So when it came this month, i checked it because amazon had also taken money out my nan's account without permission again and I was checking that and noticed wowcher. I immediately got in touch with them to complain and report this. With the screenshot and everything. I'm still talking to them now. My nan still hasn't been refunded.

They take hours to reply to you and when they do they are asking me the same damn question I've answered at least 3 times already. I've sent the screenshot and a pic of the payment. I've been at this since Thursday and it's still going. It's like they are trying to drag it out as long as possible until you give up and they get to keep the money.

I work from home and I'm a full time carer, and also doing a course to improve my skills, I have enough on my plate. I understand that they may have other people to deal with but having to wait 24 hours for them to reply to me after I reply to their question is a joke.

Wowcher tricked me of £567

Do not ever purchase anything from Wowcher. I am going to be leaving a review every 24 hours until my refund is processed. So whomever staff of Wowcher is reading this, know I will be reporting this to FSA & The Ombudsman as you are regulated by the FSA, until I get my full refund. I have included my order number in this review so you know it’s genuine. Order number: 49952058

I paid for three slushie machines on wowcher and feel like a fool now. When the price of something is too good to be true, it usually is. I redeemed the voucher because the instructions on wowcher says redeem a voucher so you can enter delivery details. This was July 12 and till today I have received nothing. The delivery date was on or before July 24 and till now nothing has arrived. I have approached wowcher via email and WhatsApp to get my money back and they said they can’t do anything because my contract is with the merchant and not them. A total of £567 was paid and I have been tricked. I have raised a chargeback request with my bank and at this rate I hope I get my money back. So not ever use wowcher to buy anything, you won’t get it.

The merchant is called Cilik group and they have an address in Birmingham. On checking Google maps the address is in some shoddy area and it is a flat, so wowcher has allowed a sham merchant on their platform to steal money from people. Don’t ever use them.

Zero Customer Service

I have had nothing but issues with them.

Their site claims 4% on booking.com bookings. 6 months later and around 8 bookings later (worth around £2000) I haven't seen a penny back. I have sent many emails enquiring why I am not receiving the cashback as promised. They don't bother to reply.

I can only assume they are pocketing the profits from the merchants instead of paying out the cashback like they are supposed to.

False Advertising What You See Is Definately Not What You Ge

This company needs investigating. The products you see advertised and pay for are certainly not what you receive! Try getting a refund,not at all straight forward they ask you to contact their supplier in order to get money back,supplier refuses to reply so you are stuck with rubbish! DO NOT BUY FROM WOWCHER!!

Exaggerated Claims & Awful Customer Service

Paid £40 less than they stated they would

I waited OVER the 75 day wait time for it to be resolved and had to email them to remind them they were supposed to resolving the matter. They ignored this email and I had to email a second time.

Then they said the amount they had advertised was wrong but REFUSED to pay what they had advertised.

They have never apologised and they have had many complaints to the ASA - mine is just one more.

Go with someone reliable - I've used Quidco a lot and never had a problem.

Babeezz- A Good Experiance Of Shopping Online.

I have two kids n i am a working mom. As i am very busy i usually dont have time to go shopping and now for the last 1 year been ordering almost everything for my babies n my home from Babeezz.com and let me tell you guys that they have always delivered my products on time and the quality has always been good. I never had any problem with them & there customer service as well but sometimes delivery is bit late by 1 or 2 days. Thanks Babeezz for making my life easier.

Cashback And Discount Codes For Every Day Purchases

First deal I have seen today was 10% off purchases over £30 from Interflora with 6% cashback, so a total saving of almost £5 which is pretty good. Although you have to wait to get the cashback if you get in the habit of using this for all online purchases the savings can add up.

Second deal I saw was 15% off women's tops at Debenhams and 3% cashback so another good deal. My purchase has already tracked which means I should get the money soon as promised. The voucher codes change all the time for different retailers and you can get a really good lump sum if you are joining SKY Digital you can get £80 or a £10 lump sum with BT.
