I bought an iPhone 4 charger case to replace my current case. I received their charger case and charged it overnight the first night. I put it on my phone the next day with all light on the case lit showing it was fully charged. At 2:00 that afternoon I was getting the 20% battery remaining alert from my phone. This is the exact reason I got the case. I used it a couple more days charging it overnight and still it did not last the whole day. Also, while the case is charging it gets very hot and I am afraid of burning my hand when I unplug the case after charging all night. And, lastly, the case does not always fully charge after being plugged in all night. I sent these concerns over to Salebreaker.com. Their response was that I should turn off the battery case during the day and yes the case does get hot while charging. This did not satisfy me since it doesn't address the issues and they didn't even address the fact that it doesn't always fully charge.

I bought an item from Salebreaker.com they don't have a phone, address or corporate office just an email. I received the confirmation and order number but never got merchandise. I sent them 4 emails requesting a tracking number or when expected to no avail. They have my personal information floating out there now, I have no idea why they have a website selling merchandise never to be received.

I will dispute this with my card but cant call the bbb since I don't know what state they are from!
