They normally charge 100 dollars for these? Trash. Stringy and barely adds length or weight. also, took me over 5 months to receive them. Communication with the company sucks. DO NOT BUY

Ordered product in march - had part delivery of product but excluded iPad case which was main reason for buying the bundle - some story about rain damaging cases and would be sent out when they got new delivery. Have emailed and called several times - no responses to emails. On the occasions managed to get through by phone was advised would have case within 7 days. Last time spoke Susan on 25th July told would have in 7 days - still waiting and it's 5th september.

Do not buy from this company they are clearly a set of con-artists

This is a con I ordered hair extensions back in February they turned up in April which where terrible 3 pieces pfftt as if they would do a whole head like the advert said.

I sent this back and asked for a full refund I had numerous telephone calls with them and they told me it would be sent I am still waiting to this day and I cannot get hold of RRP Discounts.

Do not deal with this company they just rip you off!

ordered ipad accessory bundle in March of this year.Received part of bundle in April, but did not receive the silicon or black cases which was my main reason for ordering. I was told that rain had damaged a flat roof causing it to fall in damaging the goods in question, but that replacements were on their way. It is now the end of June, and despite many phone calls and a promise from someone called Jodie to phone me back,I have heard or received n

nothing.

I ordered a product through a deal website and paid the postage fee which was £5. It's been a month and my product hasn't arrived so I contacted the deal website where they told me that they are issuing refunds as pretty much nobody has received their items. I will get my money back but I can kiss that fiver goodbye. Tried to contact RRP Discounts many many times on the phone and through email and they hardly ever respond. I would stay away from them, it's not worth the gamble. But if you are in a similar situation and need a phone number (as there isn't one on their website), this is the one they gave me: 01772 458188. Good luck!

Where do I start with the rant. 2 x Full head of Remy Hair extensions ordered from RRP on 26/02/2012 using a voucher purchased from KGB. 14/05/2012 1 set arrived in post. Quality of hair - absolute s**t.

Have been emailing RRP ever since (and inc numerous emails before asking where my order was) and still to this date have had no contact. But then again, why would they contact me, they've had my money.

I'm going down to Ladbrokes now to put a bet on that RRP go bankrupt within the next month, well, I need to recoup my losses some how!!!

Unfortunately there is no facility to give them no stars.

Also, to anyone else that is suffering at the hands of Richard Turner at RRP, notice how they have now taken their customer service telephone no. off of the website. The Ladbrokes bet is looking to be a safe one :)

I'm just in the process of contacting KGB to see how helpful they can be.....watch this space.

Like a number of other people on here I ordered the Remy hair extensions in February and have had the same problems - did not arrive for months despite continous chasing, and when they did arrive they were awful. Requested a refund which they acknowledged I was entitled to after another 3 or 4 emails, which is supposedly 'being processed'. That was over a month ago and so far no money. They generally don't reply to your emails and their phone number doesn't ever seem to be working. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering as this company are a total joke and I would never buy anything from them again. If you are considering buying anything from RRP discounts don't - it is a complete waste of time and money.

Bought a Memory Card via We Love Local, who by the way have been exemplary in this issue, two months later and despit four E-Mails requesting delivery, not a word from Richard Turner, never had the decency to reply to any of my E-Mails.

From where I sit the company looks like a rip off scam machine.

RIP OFF AND WRITE OFF!!! Like others, I too bought these in Feb from KGB DEALS/RRP DISCOUNTS...what a load of bull. Same situation, waited weeks then into months. Been in contact with RRP who fobbed me off about sickness, contacted KGB who told me I can have a refund and choose to wait until my order was received. Received my order last Saturday and to say that I am appalled is an understand. The extensions are rubbish. No way on earth are these a full head...1 4clip (which half the clips are bent), 1 3clip and 4 1clip. They aren't the correct colour and no way are real hair. I got in instant touch with both services and neither has bothered to get back to me. RUDE!!!! I have no un-scribed from KGB as I don't want to use this service anymore and as for RRP...well what I want to say about them I couldn't possibly write on here. I have since contacted Watchdog about this too as I am looking to take this further in the Sale of Good Acts as I'm getting no where!!

I ordered the hair in February, firstly my voucher code didn't work and after weeks I received a new one, then I waited 8 weeks for actual delivery of the hair, when promised delivery time is 14 days. During the 8 weeks I called and emailed RRP discounts but couldn't get through at all to speak to someone, the line is either engaged or just rings and no one answers. They answered my first email months ago telling me the supplier was long term sick, but i heard nothing after that and all other emails i sent thereafter were completely ignored. I emailed kgb to ask what was happening and they assured me the hair would be delivered by the end of last week, which it was. I finally received the hair on Friday, all I can describe it as is an IMMENSE DISAPPOINTMENT and a complete DISGRACE. I was also extremely offended that rrp discounts could assume that anyone would believe that the piece of hair they sent is actually genuine Remy hair, the quality is extremely poor and feels synthetic, the hair isn't even the right colour, I ordered colour 2 (darkest brown) and they sent a very light brown which could never ever pass off as a colour 2 and doesn't come close to matching my hair colour.

I have now emailed kgb to ask for a full refund and waiting for a response.

I'm very disappointed and would never even think of recommending rrp discounts to anybody
