Lack Of Business Clarity & Very Poor Business Direction
I never paid or given bank details so never had problems, never tried to be a vip member, some people did and had their goods delivered, others it seems didn’t.
I collected points for almost 2 years and easily I was cashing 2000p x £5 Amazon voucher and collected about £60, so it was ok to me. VOUCHERS were delivered by email in about 2/3 days.
However, THEIR BUSINESS DECISIONS HAD BEEN VERY POOR, first they were giving out too many free points (including with their Pointblog), then without telling anybody, slowly sneakily for NON VIP MEMBERS they started to limit the number of points they were giving, and the voucher availability. They never and still not making it clear in their rewards page!
This LACK OF CLARITY is my reason for giving them just 1 star!
It is true that if you complete many of their campaigns you get spammed, and some have been blocked by my antivirus, and if you put your telephone number you never know. Anyway, even with the most reputable points-website if you complete ‘these’ internet campaigns you run the risk of getting spammed.
I tried with one serious points website with one specific email address and I now receive really many emails some of which are spam.

Pointshop.co.uk Public Warning Avoid This Site!
Be WARNED about giving this business any of your bank details or signing up to anything. they run a misleading site designed to take your money and the goods will not arrive. you'll get thousands of junk mails and telephone calls and you will be tricked into extortionate membership fees for something you didnt even realise you've signed up for.
they refuse to provide any legal address for service and think that by doing so they will get out of any legal consequences. I have called Action Fraud and the Police about their unlawful trading practices. The only reviews are all written by their friends. they advertise a London telephone number and cliam only to be in denmark or Belgium and have no registered business in the UK.

Scam
I am genuinely annoyed that I am allowed to rate this website as highly as 1 star. It is a scam that you should all stay away from. They charge you £45 every month to allow you the honour to get points to buy the worthless cr4p the sell throughout the website. Nothing is actually free on it; scamming you in every possible way. For example, they tell you you after doing a 15-20 minute questionnaire, that you have to pay for membership in LoveFilm (or other products and services) if you want the cr4p reward you were half-wanting in the the first place. Please don't waste giving your money to the worthless runts who run the website, they might as well steal it from you on the street. People who have written good reviews on this web page are obviously working for the company and lose their jobs if they don't write good things. This is the truth, stay away, stick to eBay or other websites alike. Thanks for reading!
Complete Fraudsters
Stay away from this company - period. They are internet scammers. They will send offers for items selling them for £1, when you sign up you wiull not only not recieve the items you supposedly paid for but they will take £45 per month out of your bank account, i did not notice till they took four £45 payments off me. They do not make you aware of this charge when you sign up. They are total c'nts!!! do not touch them with a barge pole

Pointshop Is A Fraud
There is nothing I Like, or can recommend. 2 debit payments of £45 pounds taken today, without authorisation. I am not the only person this has happened to. I ordered and paid for 2 items early June, I have never received them. I unsubscribed twice before, and again today. I can honestly say, Dont make the mistake I did. Just remember.... Anything to good to be true... usually is.
Takes £45 From-your-account!
It would offer you a very cheap deal like getting a £20 worth plush toy for just £1 and would ask for your card details. after a few days, 5days as victims say, they will take £45 from your account without any notification and you wont be asked to fill in direct debit forms (and the like) to authorize such payment. Try to stay away from this malicious website if you don't want to lose your money for nothing. I registered for them and had to block my card so they wouldn't be able to take money from my account and i'm hoping that no such charge will be made in the future.
I had same experience. Goods I ordered never received. Means my direct debits for the month will be refused. .
